In 2004, Paul’s tenant burned his home. The claim process was long, time consuming, and not one time did his insurance agent call to help him through the process. In 2005, Paul started his own agency in a effort to provide a higher level of service to his customers.
Our staff is ever attentive to the customer’s needs and is poised to aide our customers and others when the need arises. Serving past the sale is not just a saying. Serving past the sale is a reality of our Home Insurance service.
Paul’s eight years working for a Global Tech Company has ingrained a project management approach to our office’s management style. As a customer, you can expect a step-by-step process through many of the daily routines.
